Services and terms
As of 14 September 2026. Our offer is intended for businesses and self-employed people acting in the course of their business. An enquiry is non-binding; a contract is formed only by a separate agreement.
1. Basic and the launch customer rate
The regular Basic rate is €39 per month including VAT. The launch offer is available to join for a limited time. During our launch promotion, new customers can obtain Basic for €24 per month including VAT. This rate continues for as long as the contractual relationship remains uninterrupted. There is no automatic increase to €39 after an introductory period. The launch offer is expressly confirmed in your individual quote. If you enter into a new contract after termination, the rate offered at that time applies; changing plans requires a separate price agreement. If you later return to Basic without interrupting the contractual relationship, your €24 monthly launch rate applies again.
The launch price is an introductory rate, not a statement of a previously charged selling price. Basic has no setup fee. Monthly billing begins when the completed website is delivered. The minimum term, notice period and handover after the contract ends are agreed in writing before commissioning.
2. Services included in Basic
A complete website with no fixed page limit, together with a legal notice and privacy policy, individual responsive design, copy based on your information, a suitable selection of supplied or freely usable images, one standard .de domain, SSL and hosting. Technical maintenance, regular backups, basic search-engine setup with metadata and a sitemap, and help setting up Google Search Console are also included. The domain is registered for you or continues to be managed in your name.
Small changes to existing text, images or opening hours are included. Please submit related requests together. New features, redesigns and work beyond this scope are quoted in advance. Two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope are included before initial approval.
We require accurate business information and sufficient usage rights for supplied content. Required legal pages are prepared using your information and the services actually used. An individual legal review by a lawyer is not included. Google rankings are not guaranteed.
Premium domains, other domain extensions, separate email packages, professional photography, paid image licences, custom interfaces and extensive specialist copy are separate services. Linking to or simply embedding an already configured booking service is included in Basic; that service’s fees are not part of our package price. Where embedding requires consent, it is loaded only after that consent. Configuring booking rules or complex workflows belongs to the Business plan.
3. Business: bookings and orders
Business costs €49 per month including VAT and combines booking and ordering functions with the full Basic scope. This is the total price for StaySites services, not an additional charge on top of Basic. The integration of a suitable existing service is specifically described in the quote. A custom booking system, inventory management system or unlimited product maintenance is not included as standard.
For bookings, we agree availability, confirmations and rules. For orders, we define in particular when an order is merely acknowledged and when it is accepted with binding effect. Automatic acceptance takes place only under the rules agreed with you and after joint approval. Payment processing, external licences, transaction or booking fees are transparently listed as additional costs where applicable. No additional costs are incurred without prior agreement.
4. 30-day money-back guarantee
The guarantee provider is Nathan Page, StaySites, Grete-Unrein-Str. 2, 07745 Jena, Germany, email: info@staysites.org. This voluntary satisfaction guarantee applies to the first contract for one of the website packages offered here, including the Basic launch offer.
The 30 calendar days begin on the day after the delivery of your completed, agreed website for use, as confirmed in writing. Neither the first draft nor the date of your enquiry starts the period. If you are dissatisfied, an email to info@staysites.org within this period, identifying your business and order, is sufficient. We do not require a detailed reason or a prior opportunity to remedy issues for this guarantee.
We refund all package fees paid to StaySites for the relevant package up to that point within 14 days of receiving your guarantee request. The package ends at the same time, with no further package fees due. Ongoing provision and support by StaySites also end. Your domain remains assigned to you; we agree its continued administration with you.
Third-party costs separately and expressly agreed in advance, such as booking or payment service fees, and additional work commissioned independently of the package are not covered by this guarantee. Costs included in Basic will not subsequently be deducted as third-party costs. Existing statutory or contractual rights remain unaffected.
